This stuff is incredibly thick and sticky! No matter how much you rub it in your fingers its still uncomfortable for the application, and if your already in their pain is not what you want! I use Medela Lanolin cream, much softer! Dont buy this for the relief it can be a buck or two cheaper, but it isn’t worth the discomfort to be! Rating: 5.1
